Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Abyssal Gate. By installing and using this game, you agree to comply with these rules.

1. Account Requirements and Security

To access online features such as Cloud Saving and Leaderboards, a login is required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The use of external software, modified emulators, or network alterations to manipulate the login system is strictly prohibited.

2. Virtual Goods and In-App Purchases (IAP)

• The Game allows the acquisition of virtual currencies, power-ups, stat advantages, and cosmetic items using real-world money.
• All virtual goods are limited, personal, and revocable licenses for use within the game. **They have no monetary value in the real world** and under no circumstances can they be exchanged for real money or transferred to other users.
• Refund Policy: All purchases are final. Since payments are processed directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, any refund requests must be handled through the official support channels of the respective store, subject to their commercial policies.

3. Anti-Cheat Policy and Leaderboard Usage

We reserve the right to ban users, reset progress, or **permanently remove scores from the Leaderboards** if fraudulent behavior is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, using memory injection software (such as Cheat Engine or memory editors), tampering with local save files, exploiting glitches, or altering stat multipliers illegitimately.

4. Limitation of Liability and Local Saving

The game is distributed "as is". We are not responsible for any loss of user progress caused by playing without an internet connection, accidental uninstallation of the application, device hardware failure, or unexpected desynchronization between local storage and Firebase cloud services.

5. Modifications and Balancing

We reserve the right to adjust base character stats, virtual store prices, or balance game mechanics at any time via updates to ensure a fair and competitive experience for everyone.
