This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and shared when you play Abyssal Gate (hereinafter, "the Game"), developed by BAN Studio.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

• Authentication and Registration (Login): When you log in through our authentication services (such as Firebase Authentication, Google Play Games, or Apple Game Center), we collect a unique user identifier (User ID), your profile name, and, in some cases, your email address. This is used exclusively to identify your account and protect your progress.
• Game Progress and Cloud Saving: We store your statistics, in-game currency, unlocked items, and progression level. This data is saved locally on your device and synchronized in the cloud (via Firebase servers) to prevent you from losing your save data when changing devices.
• Leaderboards: When playing with an active internet connection, your profile username and your highest scores are sent to our systems to position you on the global leaderboard visible to other players.
• In-App Purchases (IAP): We do not collect or store your banking or credit card details. All financial transactions are processed securely through the official Google Play Store or Apple App Store payment gateways. We only receive a digital confirmation from the store to grant you the purchased item.

2. Advertising and Device Identifiers

The Game integrates the Google AdMob ad network. To display tailored advertisements or control ad frequency, this third-party service may collect identifiers from your device (such as the Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA), IP address, and technical information about your operating system.

3. Third-Party Services

We use external service providers that operate under their own privacy policies. We highly recommend reading them:

• Google Play Services & AdMob
• Google Firebase (Firestore & Auth)

4. Local Storage

The Game utilizes local storage technologies on your device (such as PlayerPrefs or encrypted files) to allow the game to function properly in offline mode. Clearing the cache or game data from your phone's settings may permanently delete data that has not been synchronized with the cloud.

5. Data Deletion

Users have the right to request the deletion of their game accounts and associated data. To request the deletion of your data from our Firebase servers, please contact us via our technical support email visible on the app stores.
